Open Settings
Open Settings. Two sub-pages sit at the top: General and Subscription & Billing.
General
Install app
If your browser offers it, the Install app card says Add the app to your home screen for quicker access. Download the app starts that install. The card stays hidden when the browser has nothing to install.
Mailbox
The card is Email mailbox. Connect Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail with Connect mailbox, or Disconnect a linked inbox. The linked card shows the provider and the address.
When a mailbox is connected, the same card includes Hidden senders and Forced senders. See Connect your mailbox.
Disconnecting stops new sync. Your profile and CV stay. Opportunities and messages that came from that mailbox are removed. Opportunities you added yourself stay. Connecting the same address again starts a new scan. See the Privacy Policy.
If authorization expires, Mailbox authorization expired offers Reconnect my mailbox or Later.
Password
- Change password if you already have one.
- Define a password if you signed in with Google only. The help line is You signed in with Google. Set a password to also sign in with email.
The form asks for:
- Current password — only when you already have one. If it is empty, the field says Current password is required.
- New password — at least 8 characters. The error is Password must contain at least 8 characters.
- Confirm new password — the error is Password confirmation is required.
Each field has Show and Hide.
Cancel closes the form. Update password saves a change. Set password saves the first password. While it runs, the button reads Updating… or Setting….
Logout
The Logout card says Sign out of Sunary on this device. Logout ends the session on this browser. The same action is in the sidebar, and in the phone account menu.
Subscription & Billing
Sunary starts with a 7 days Pro trial. No card is required to start. After the trial, the published prices are €9 /month or €90 /year, VAT included (TTC). Both plans are the same product. Yearly billing is €7.50 per month and saves €18. See Pricing.
On Settings
Subscription & Billing can show:
- Plan
- Price
- Status
- Trial ends and Days remaining, during the trial
- Next billing date, or Access until when the subscription is set to stop at the period end
- Payment method
- Invoices, with Date, Amount, Status, View, and Download
While the overview loads, the line is Loading your subscription….
During the local trial, the note is No card is required to use the trial. Monthly or yearly is charged when you choose it.
Choose a plan opens checkout. Manage subscription opens the billing portal. While the portal opens, the button reads Opening…. If the invoice table is empty, View invoices opens that portal instead.
On the plan screen
Choose a plan can also open the full plan screen.
- While the trial is still running, you can pick a plan or Keep using the trial.
- If the trial expires tomorrow, the screen says monthly or yearly is charged today.
- If the trial has ended, the pill is Trial ended. Opportunities stay in the account. Choose a plan to open Sunary again.
- Monthly is €9 / month, VAT included (TTC), Billed every month. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly is €90 / year, VAT included (TTC), marked Best value, with €7.50 per month · save €18.
- The reassurance line is Stripe charges the selected plan today. You can cancel anytime.
When a subscription is already active, Continue returns to the app and Manage billing opens the portal. If a payment needs an update, Update payment method is available. Log out is at the bottom of that screen. Back returns when you are allowed to leave.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sunary does not store your card number. For renewal, cancellation, and the 14-day consumer withdrawal right, read the Terms of Service.
