Use the Dashboard

Updated 2026-10

What you will do

  • Open the Dashboard tab
  • Review unread inbox items and the trial banner
  • Read opportunities over time and jump to a filtered list

Open Dashboard

After you sign in, open Dashboard. On desktop, the four tabs sit in the left sidebar. On a phone, they sit in the bottom bar: Dashboard, Opportunities, Profile, Settings.

The page greets you by first name when the profile has one. The subtitle is Manage your freelance missions with ease.

Logout is in the sidebar on desktop, and in the account menu on a phone.

If no mailbox is connected

The Dashboard shows a Link your mailbox card with Connect mailbox. You can connect Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail, or leave it for later. Skipping the mailbox is valid. Stats stay hidden until a mailbox is ready. See Connect your mailbox.

While the account is loading, the card says Loading account….

Trial banner

While the Pro trial is running, the header can show how many days remain and a Choose a plan link. See Settings and billing.

Background work

Under the header, a progress bar can show:

  • Syncing emails…
  • CV analysis in progress…
  • Updating skill matches…

You can keep using the other tabs while it runs.

Unread inbox digest

When a mailbox is connected and unread opportunities exist, two places can show them.

The header pill shows a count and the word unread. Open it to see the Inbox panel.

  1. Choose Review to jump to Opportunities.
  2. Choose Dismiss to hide that notification for now.

The Dashboard card is labeled Unread. Choose Review opportunities, or the × button (Dismiss notification) to hide the card.

The Opportunities tab can also show a badge with the unread count.

Stats

Stats appear only when a mailbox is connected. If the numbers fail to load, choose Retry.

When nothing has been received yet, the empty state is No opportunities yet. The line under it says statistics appear once opportunities are synced from the mailbox. You can still add an opportunity yourself.

When opportunities exist:

Opportunities over time

The chart is titled Opportunities over time. The subtitle is Number of opportunities received and replied per period.

Two series can be toggled:

  • Received opportunities
  • Replied opportunities

If the selected period has no points, the chart says No opportunity data in this period.

Period and granularity

Period is 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

Granularity is Day, Week, or Month.

Summary chips

Under the chart, summary chips use the same quick filters as Opportunities: Open, Unread, In progress, and Archived. Each chip shows a count. Choosing one opens that list.

The next offer does not have to sit in another tab.

Bring it in from email, a LinkedIn message, or a job link. Sunary keeps the skills, the CV, and the reply in one place.
