What you will do
- Understand what Sunary organizes for you
- Create an account with email or Google
- Finish or skip mailbox and CV onboarding
- Find the four workspace tabs, logout, and the trial
What Sunary is
Sunary turns recruiter emails, pasted notes, and job links into organized opportunities. It compares each offer with your CV, helps you tailor that CV, and drafts a reply you review before anything is sent.
It does not replace your mailbox. You still send every reply yourself.
You can also try one offer from this website before you have an account. See Try an offer.
Create an account
- Open Login from this site. That page is the app sign-in screen. There is no separate signup URL.
- Choose the Sign Up tab.
- Enter an email and a password of at least 8 characters, then Create account. While it runs, the button reads Signing up….
- Or choose Continue with Google. A divider labeled or sits between Google and the email form.
Sign Up asks for email and password only. First name and last name are edited later on the CV sheet. See Profile and CV.
If the email is invalid, the field shows Invalid email. If the password is too short, it shows Password must contain at least 8 characters.
Link a Google account
If Google matches an existing Sunary account, a dialog titled Link Google account asks: A Sunary account already exists with this address. Would you like to link your Google account?
- Link account connects Google to that account.
- Cancel leaves the accounts separate.
Sign in later
- Open Login.
- Stay on the Login tab. The subtitle reads Sign in to your account.
- Enter email and password, then Sign in. While it runs, the button reads Signing in….
You can also Continue with Google.
First-run onboarding
After you create an account, Sunary walks you through two optional steps. Both skips are valid. The workspace still opens.
Mailbox
The screen subtitle is One more step to get started. The card is Connect your mailbox.
- If Sunary recognizes the address you used to sign in, it shows that provider and address. Choose Connect mailbox, Connect another email, or Skip for now.
- Connect another email asks you to pick Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail. Back returns to the suggested address when one was shown.
See Connect your mailbox.
CV
The next screen subtitle is One more step to personalize your profile. The card is Upload your CV.
- Drag a file onto Drag and drop your CV here, or click to select one. The line under it says or click to select a file — analysis starts automatically.
- Or choose Skip for now.
Accepted uploads include PDF, Word, and images. You can add a CV later from Profile. See Profile and CV.
Open the workspace
The app has four tabs: Dashboard, Opportunities, Profile, and Settings.
- On desktop they sit in the left sidebar, with Logout under your name.
- On a phone they sit in the bottom bar. The account button in the header opens the same menu, including Logout.
Start on Dashboard. The welcome line uses your first name when the profile has one. If no mailbox is connected, you will see a Link your mailbox card. If a mailbox is connected, unread items and stats appear there.
A progress bar can appear while work runs in the background:
- Syncing emails… after a mailbox is connected
- CV analysis in progress… after an upload
- Updating skill matches… while cards are compared with your CV
You can keep using the app while those run.
Trial
A new account starts a 7 days Pro trial. No card is required to start. The header can show the trial and a Choose a plan link. Prices and invoices are on Settings. See Settings and billing.
