Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sunary. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

About Sunary

Sunary is a software service operated by Mirooz SRL, a Belgian private limited company (société à responsabilité limitée). It lets you connect Gmail or Outlook, organize recruitment opportunities, compare an offer with your CV, adapt that CV, and prepare a reply with AI-assisted features. You review a reply before it is sent.

The public site is sunary.io. The service itself is the signed-in application you open from that site.

Eligibility and account

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date
  • maintaining the security of your account and sign-in
  • connecting only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to access
  • activity performed through your account, including messages sent from it

Description of the service

Sunary provides, at a high level:

  • connection of a Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail mailbox, when you authorize it
  • detection and organization of recruitment opportunities from that mailbox
  • opportunities you add yourself, including a pasted message or a job link
  • comparison of an offer with your CV, and CV optimization
  • AI-assisted analysis and reply drafts
  • sending a reply from the connected mailbox when you choose to send it

We do not guarantee that extraction, classification, or any generated content is complete or correct.

AI-generated content

Some features use AI. AI output may contain errors or omissions.

You must review generated replies, extracted information, and CV changes before you rely on them or send them. You remain responsible for content you choose to send, publish, or act on. Sunary does not send a reply unless you choose to send it.

Subscription

Sunary is a paid service. The plans are:

  • Monthly: €9/month, billed each month.
  • Yearly: €90/year, billed for the year.

A free starting period is offered before a paid plan, as described on the pricing page. It lasts 7 days. The trial starts when the account is created. No card is required. The trial does not by itself start a paid subscription. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to keep using Sunary.

€9 a month and €90 a year include VAT (TTC). The amount shown is the total price.

Choosing a paid plan opens checkout. The selected plan is charged at that time. Both plans are the same product. The only difference is how often you pay.

A paid plan renews automatically on the same billing frequency until you cancel the subscription.

You can cancel from the billing portal opened by Manage billing or Manage subscription in the app, or by email at support@sunary.io. Cancelling a subscription is separate from erasing an account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not remove your account, profile, or CV. When cancellation is set for the end of the current paid period, the app shows the date access continues until, and the next period is not charged.

If a payment fails, the app can ask you to update the payment method in that same portal. Sunary does not add a late fee of its own in these terms.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the day it starts, by email at support@sunary.io or by writing to Mirooz SRL. If you asked the service to begin during those 14 days, you pay only for the service already provided, as the law allows, and the rest of that charge is refunded. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply if you are not a consumer. Any other refund is the one shown before you pay. Using the paid service during those 14 days is a request that performance begin.

You may use this form, or any other clear statement:

To Mirooz SRL, Rue de la Longue Haie 4, box 11, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, support@sunary.io: I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the Sunary subscription. Name of the consumer, address, email, and date.

Complaints about the service can be sent to the same email. Out-of-court resolution for consumers is described in the Legal Notice.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Sunary does not store your card number.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect a mailbox or account you are not allowed to use
  • send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages
  • upload a CV or other content you have no right to store
  • access another person's account, mailbox, or data
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the service

If you breach these terms, Mirooz SRL may suspend or end your access to the service.

Availability

Sunary is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular response time. Features may change, and maintenance may interrupt the service.

Mailbox and account

You may disconnect a mailbox at any time. Sunary then stops using that mailbox, and opportunities that came from it are removed. Your account, profile, and CV remain. The Privacy Policy describes what is deleted and what remains.

To erase your account, email support@sunary.io. There is no erase-account action in the application. Erasure is separate from cancelling a subscription. It ends these terms for that account and removes the personal data described in the Privacy Policy.

The public website

Pages on sunary.io describe the product. Examples and demo content are illustrations, not your data. Cookies on that site are described in the Cookie Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mirooz SRL is not liable for loss that results from relying on AI output you did not review, from content you choose to send, or from an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for consumers where mandatory law applies.

Belgian law governs these terms. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
